You can always start a clothing business any time of the year. It is not season based business, in fact you can start any time you want as long as you know how to start your own clothing line and you have the necessary capital to start the business.

But before starting a clothing line, you must do extra research to check out if your potential customers are indeed existing. You might be creating designs and clothing for a niche market that is not existing in your area.

Ask the people around you, the existing markets in your area and observe. Think twice if it is worth creating a clothing line for a niche.
